kids left for manila yesterday, while jay left for an overnight trip to jakarta this morning. he'll be back so late tomorrow night pa. a short trip, but when you're alone, it seems forever. oh but being alone today was not so bad pala. i spent my day doing chores and was able to tick off most in my to do list. mainly, i rested from the busy day jay and i had yesterday—sent kids off, shopped the whole day, plus dinner at aldo's that night. we retired quite late, almost midnight na.
today i didn't have to desperately find things to do to pass time. i'm glad it went by quickly without trying too hard. now i'm a bit sleepy... oh, it's half past one am na pala. this was what i was dreading actually, the sleeping alone but no choice. so sige, tulog na ako. sweet dreams. tomorrow will be a busy day for me with one meeting and a couple of errands, and then jay will come home that night. may katabi na ulit ako...hay salamat.
